ArchitectStrategy to lifePrivacy notice
Applies to all users of Architect by Planet Ganges.
What we collect
Your name, email, organization (if invited by an employer), your tool responses, journey worksheets and coaching session records.
Why we process it
To deliver the diagnostics, instruments and transition journeys you or your employer have chosen. Legal basis: your consent and, for enterprise users, the contract with your employer.
Confidentiality
Your reflections, assessment answers and coach notes are never shown to your employer. Organization admins see only aggregate progress, completion and session milestones.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability (download your data at any time from Privacy & account), withdrawal of consent, and erasure. These apply under India's DPDP Act 2023, UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021, the EU GDPR and applicable US state laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA).
Erasure
Authorized administrators can permanently erase an account. Every erasure requires a recorded reason and two confirmations, and is logged in an audit trail that can't be edited or deleted.
Security
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Every export, deletion and administrative action is recorded.
